While restoring SQL backup on server, we are got the error” BackupMedium::Reportloerror: read failure on backup drive’\\.\tape0’ operating system error 23( data error (cyclic redundancy check)) “ then we close this error message and restart the server and then we tried to open database but not responding it gives error “ a connection could not be established to server- cannot open user default database ‘<ID>’ using master database instead”,

We don’t know SQL SA password, because person who left the job has not given.

Please help me out.
