Hello,

I have Windows NT with SQL 7.0. Somebody implemented auditing on BaaN IV last year. Now today after I install some solutions and create runtime data dictionary for live package combination, it stops at reconfiguring tables.

Event Viewer displays bdbreconfig Drop Original table error 251 audit server setup is not correct.

My question is

Is it possible that I totally remove auditing from my BaaN Server.

No, that's not possible. On most parameter tables, if not all, you must have auditting on.

251 EAUDSETUP This occurs when the audit server setup is not correct. See the log.audit file for more information.

Please check the file log.audit.

Furthermore check the audit setup, did you define the company without assigning the parameter table to a database entry with audit turned on?
