Hi,

I was trying to get Baan5c installed on WIN2K3/SQL2005. After I select the SQL server instance the installer fails with the error "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in _INS0432._MP[1892]" (link to screen dump below).

Any help is appreciated. I googled a bit and tried some of the solutions that came up - like..

1. Reducing the length of the value of the Path vaariable
2. Removing files created by install sheild in the past

..but haven't had luck yet.

Are you shure that the installdisk is for SQL-Server-2005? Normally the installation media contains only support for specific Database versions. If Sql-Server is not supportet, the installation procedure fails.

Hi,

1. Please mention the service pack of Window 2003 service pack, that should be minimum service pack 2, so please check.
2. Please check the network driver installed properly.
