We are using Erp Ln 6.1 & company structure is single logistic-multi finance. Now we want to create new company separately. It will not link current company structure. Is it possible? Please advice for this.

Yes, this is possible. You can create seperate package combination for that.

You would only want to create separate package combination if you intend to use differing levels of Baan software.

Just create your new Baan company. On our Baan IVc4 we have a set of Single Logistics - Multi Finance companies and one Single - Single company. Not sure if there are any parameters that need setting.

Of course it could have been changed in LN

Same package combination with no table sharing between existing and new company in ttaad4120m000 . If it functionally permits , u can still share tables like (tfgld005 , tfgld006 , tfgld007 etc ) . U need to know it's thorough implication and ur actual business requirement.
