I am facing a problem when install webtop thru Infor Enterprise Server Extension 8.5. It prompt me error when i click on installer file. herewith attached the error file.

If I remember correctly I had similar problem and solution was to change path to Staging Area. Try to create Staginig Area on another path without spaces, brackets and similar characters in path.

Thanks for reply. I had followed the step you advise. when i click on installer>Windows>VM> Setup.exe. It prompt "Program too big to fit in memory". My server RAM is 4GB.

Have you tried to install Webtop manually? It is quite simple - you only have to install the webserver first (Apache Tomcat 5 or higher) and "drag & drop" the webtop.war file in the webapps directory of Tomcat...

Apache Tomcat is free and you can get it from http://tomcat.apache.org/ - I'd recommend to download the latest release...

You can get the latest Webtop version from Infor's ftp server or at http://www.infor365.com - it's the solution 142977 (includes installation files as well as installation documentation).
