I want migrate from an old company (90) to new company (New create) all master data but not transaction data.

For that u will have to identify the master tables and the parameters tables first . Then you can use Seq dump method or excahnge schema for uploading data in a new company .

how can i determine which tables (which table is master) will be exported? Please advice me.

I am also a technical person. these details are provided by a functional person . Sorry I dont have the list of the master tables . U must be having a Baan functional person with you .
