Hi,

We get an error for every new user creted in ERP LN. Once the user is created and then tries to login from Webtop, they get the error message


There are no user profiles available. Contact your administrator


Based on my understanding, Webtop should allow the user to create a profile if it is not present. Am I missing something here.

Any advice is welcome.

Did you grant them access to create/modify user profiles?

That fixed it.

So the user has to be added to webtop as well with modify authorisation. Still finding my feet in Webtop :o.
