Hi,

I want more than one copy of some of the reports / documents I print from Baan, and have tried to specify the number of copies in the window where I select device.
I select a regular printer, date and time is default and I specify the number of copies I want. I still get only one copy at the printer, and have to do some extra work at the copyer.

I use IVc4, IBM unix (AIX) and Oracle.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

Hi,

Is the setup data of the printer device, by session "maintain device data" (ttaad3100m000) correct?
Do you use device type: DIRECT or PRINTER?
If it is DIRECT you can specify in the device queue option 'c'
