I there a way to use the current license server information( production) and copy it onto a DRP server for testing purpose ?

Use the name of the production server in $BSE/lib/license6.1, you probably have to patch but that should do the job.

how to do it, i wish to know too.

i am new in baan

go to DR 's $BSE\lib directory and open file licence6 or licence6.1 and
add the IP or server name where you have installed license.
if it is production , give the ip of production server in licence file and save exit

restart baan service or
execute
rc.stop and rc.start

this should work!!!!!!!!!!!
