Hi everybody,

When we try to print a Packing slip or a sale invoice on an HP printer under windows 2000 (Driver 4 M Plus), for several pages in the same document, we obtain all the pages on the unique page. I think we lost the page break.

We migrate from BaanC4/Oracle 7/windows NT/Client B40c.047 to BaanC4/Oracle 8.1.7/windows 2000/Client B40c.63.

We never faced with this probleme before migrating.

Is there any thing to do in baan or elswhere.

I would check the paper size on the new driver did the previous driver have a custom paper size attached to it ?

The new driver may be trying to print on A4 or legal size paper which is longer than the size of the picking list hence you loose the page break.

This is presuming that you are using bwprint.

You're right Neal, it was a bad version of the driver. We have downloaded an english version which didn't go with our system of printing.
