hi
trying to install brazil localization
i have installed standard ERPln6.1 .but when installing Localization according to document , i meet some problem

1 . how base VRC B40L_a3_bra0 come from ? is this VRC installed by
installwizard automatically?

2 IF not , should i create this mannually? but when i create ,the system report "no authorization to create standard VRC" . it seems that locaization
was regarded as standard VRC .

3 . Without this Base VRC ,we cannot create update structure at PMC moudle ,and cannot install localization solutin with PMC
