Dear Baanboard,
I am trying to install the brazilian localization.
The installation medium is an ISO file (500 MB) downloaded from the infor website.
Question:
Within the installation manual you have to use the "mt" or "cpio" command to extract some files and then start an "mas.read6.1" script.
Current status:
I used the cpio command directly on the iso image, which results in some *.Z files, but the mas.bin6.1 file is missing.
I tried to mount the ISO immage directly to the filesystem, then i see a lot of blk directories, but the cpio command is not working on this mounted device (or better: i don't know how to use it correctly)
Can somebody give me please a short hint, how to proceed ...
ISO image with brazilian localizaton
SUSE Linux OS
BaaN IV
What are the steps to create this mas.read6.1 file to start the installation procedure.
Thanks in advance,
Kozure
