After having installed the portingset 6.1c.06.04 and trying to connect to Baan, the BW client comes up with a BW message "too early to run".

Does anyone know what this means or how to solve this?

check that your baan licence is running you get that error on an unlicenced server. also check your system date is correct.

Have you changed the sytem date or did you validate Baan? With the validation you must always leave the startdate unchanged. Don't use a startdate in the future. Baan does not check this date if you want to validate. If you change it your validation key won't work.

Is there any time synchronization with other servers?

The last thing you can do is export the table ttiex300 in company 000 and check the date:

bdbpre6.1 -Nttiex300 -t'&' -o. -C000
