I install SLM server and client on the same W2K Srv std 2K3. after installed, I run slmclienttest. I get the error: "Fail to retrieve customer data. Cannot make the connection".

Please help me in this.

Did you set the Environment Variables:
SLMHOME, CLASSPATH, BSE_CLASSPATH, SLM_API_SL, Path etc.

Not yet. I just install SCM. And open it for register purpose.
could you show me the detail for configuration?
