We want to add a new field in Customized Grid, but that field is unavailable in option. Please tell how I can add a new field in this option..?

You have to customize the form. There will be a group "Initial Hidden" when you edit the form. Add the new field under that and check the field "Initial Hidden" and "Allowed in Grid" in Position tab.
