I have a printer problem and hope someone can advise.

I have 2 printers in my office. The printer model are FujiXerox ApeosPort 450I and FujiXerox DocuPrint 240A.

I do not have problem with FujiXerox ApeosPort 450I but for FujiXerox DocuPrint 240A, it give error "Ended with Error (016-799)" when I print landscape. For Portrait it just doesn't print and no error was given.

Anyone got this experience ?
