Hi,

I have installed new webtop 8.4.2.Previosuly we were using webtop 4.2 version.I have installed webtop in different directory.

I want to do SSL certification for the webtop as for the previous webtop we were using SSL certification.

IF any one has any idea how can i get the key certificate from the old webtop folder and can do certification in new webtop folder

If i connect to any of this webtop server i am getting errror "can not connect to remote webserver "

do you know what is the reason for message "can not connect to remote webserver"? I have the same problem.

Check in the Webtop Admin Servlet -> Logging and change the logging level to Debug and try to sign in again and then you can find more clues about the issue.
