In a HP Blades System, i get this error message when a domain user tries to execute BW.

"Cannot setup a connection with the Bshell'

This error does not occurs with local users.

Can you please give us more details, like event viewer messages/log from the server? and a print screen of the error.

This could be because the users do not have the correct permissions to log into the system and directories.

Thanks, the problem was caused by a Switch problem that was blockink some users access. thanks
