Maintain user Data (ttaad2100m000) is the place to add a new user to BaaN.

...Subsequently sessions Maintain Database Users {ttdba0115m000} & Maintain Links Between Baan Users & Database Users {ttdba0110m000} would complete the process of creating and activating a Baan user Id. An OS level representation of the user is important prior to create the user in Baan as well.
