How can we install new solutions, without PMC, and without running any baan sessions??

why will you do it this way ?

You can copy the objects directly in the right directories of the filesystem, but this is not recommended. You will get a lot of trouble later on when you try to figure out what is changed and which solutions are installed.

Long story short: Stick to the PMC and install Solutions always the "normal" way.
