When we add new items into Project Parts, the default step size for "Part" field is 10.
e.g.
when adding the first item, "Part" dispalys 10. And when adding the second one, it displays 20.
How can I change the default step size to "1" ?
It's quite inconvenient to change the "Part" every time.
