Probably you had error "The base VRc of the dump B61_a2 differ from the base vrc of the updated VRC" and you got this error when you tried to scan solution. Am I right? If yes, it means that you are trying to install solution into wrong update VRC.

It may be that you have set the Base VRC as the Derived VRC. All update VRC's that updates from baan should have a base VRC of the standard. SP02 would normall be B61_a2 and FP3 would be B61_a3. regardless of your VRC structure.
