I'm a newbie for Baan and would like to ask that what is the meaning of Concurrent Users/Licenses of Baan Development Tools?

Is it included in the Concurrent Users/Licenses of Baan?

For example,

if a company has 10 concurrent users/licenses of Baan, and 2 concurrent users/licenses of Baan Development Tools : -

Is this mean that the 2 tools licenses are included in the 10 concurrent users/licenses?

If yes, how can we confirm the licenses type?

A developer requires a license to log onto the enterprise server just like any other user. He then requires a developer licenses to access the tools development area.
