I want to block the price list for some customers in my company i.e I want to unauthorise them from editing the Pricelist field of sales order generated. Guide me step by step(baan tools->usermanagement->Authorisation->Database autorisation->maintain table field auth

I take it that you meant to block selected users from editing the pricelist field in the sales orders. If thats right then this is how i would have done in session Maintain Table Field Authorizations {ttaad4133m000}...

Baan User: User of your choice
Company: XXX
Field Name: tdsls040.cpls
Authorization Indicator: Read

After this go to the <Special> menu and select "Convert To Runtime Data Dictionary".
