the registry-key \software\baan\bse\environment\BSE_TMP is set to M:\baan\temp ..

But the report-tmp-files are after restart in c:\baan\tmp
$BSE is not set

how can i change the tmp-dir for all tmp-files under windows2003 for baan iv c4 ?

Also set BSE_TMP environment variable at OS level (like PATH) (for baan as well as administrator users ) and then restart Baan . It should relocate the tmp folder.

Had the same problem couple of months back. I had to get the users off and stop and restart the shared memory and then the temp files started going into the new folder.
