Environment:
-Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise x64 Sp2
-SQL 2005 Sp1
-Dell 2950 2 Quad Core, 8 Gb RAM
-Dell MD1000

When I try to install the version "Baan_IVc4_Master_incl._6_1c_07_13_Windows_ENG" the service Shared Memory doesn´t start and in the event viewer I have the screen that I attach.
I have thought uninstall Sp2 to Windows 2003 and try only with Sp1.

Someone can help me?

SQL 2k5 should have SP2 .

The error looks like error creating file in f:\baan .
Possibly file permissions , improper cluster resource configurations (if any ) , wrong install procedure could be the cause for the same .
