when I login the BAAN IV, the error massage be show as following

1 ：process 1 - Error ：can not continue in ( ottstpstdlib)
2 ：process 2 - Error ：can not continue in ( ottdskmbrowser)

please help me to fix it~~~

Do you have other message in any file in directory $BSE/log? (On Windowos, I think you should find the error message on the event registry).

There are 8 files in LOG folder,
aad4225.log
bdbpost.log
empty.txt
log.error
log.aad4100
log.msql.mesg
log.ora.sql
log.oiex1288

log.error file's message:

Package tt VRC B40Uc4stnd not present !
Package tt VRC B40Uc4stnd not present !
Package tt VRC B40Uc4stnd not present !

and the others is not found any abnormity.

maybe the LIB folder is abnormal?

If I understand correctly, this is a Windows machine, so please check error messages using the event viewer.


start event viewer
start baan client
check the new error message in the event viewer
send here the error(s) message(s)
