When I try to connect by ba6.1, I get the following error:

bsp@enterprise2:~> ba6.1
Error [BaInitServer ]: (ISO-8859-1) *** Error in TSSsetlocale:
Can't set NLS locale ''
Error [ba_init_curses ]: Can't set locale 'ISO-8859-1'

ba6.1: the logfile has been updated with 2 message(s)

Does anyone know the reason??

Regards,

juan

Did you check, that a file with the name of the locale exists in $BSE/lib/locale and is readable to the user in question?

Also be aware that this is case sensitive.

The owner of the directory and all the files are bsp:bsp and I'm trying to connect with this user.

drwxr-xr-x 2 bsp bsp 2376 Jul 19 2001 locale

myhost:/baanIVc4/bse/lib/locale # ls -l *ISO*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 bsp bsp 61 Jan 15 14:10 ISO-8859-1
