Has anyone had any luck printing from Baan to a mailbox on a printer.
Our printer, a Canon ImageRunner 3200, has several mailboxes where you can store documents to print later (this can be used for secure printing).
What we want to do is set up a batch job to do invoicing at night, but I want to delay the actual printing of the invoices until someone is here to make sure the right paper is loaded and there are no jams. I thought sending the invoices to a mailbox on the printer might be a way to handle this.
