I have written a report that needs to be printed on a plotter (A2 size paper) through a Windows printer.

What settings do I need to look at in respect of paper types, devices etc ?

Just for any future searches my the main problem I was experiencing was down to the plotter not being defined properly in the device data and hence BW Print was using my default printer with A4. Once BW print was showing A2 paper I was able to size my report accordingly with user defined fonts.
