Hope somebody could help us to this error. It resulted user session hang and locked. We as administrator have to remove it from aplication lock session.
It happened more than 20 times a day and initiated from diferent number of sessions.

looks like corrupt data in ttadv998 that table may be regenerated when you run create runtime for tools, otherwise you might have to get that that from a clean env.
