Someone is running the EDI Direct Network Communication session and we are trying to figure out who.

Is there a way to set up and audit trail that will log when a particular session is run and who is running it?

I have never played with this stuff before. I remember seeing audit trails being defined at the table level I think but I am not sure if I can watch a session itself to see who is doing what ...

Any guidance would be appreciated !

Thanks

JMM.

Hi there,

although I never had that switch turned on for any user - just tried it and it works fine:
in Maintain users turn history on for all users, don't forget the convert to runtime and
all sessions called are logged in $BSE/lib/TIME.HIS

interesting, I'll try that out and see where it gets me ...

I presume it will jsut create a text file, then I'll search it for that session name and see who is doing what ...
Thanks ....
