Hi,
I've just installed the Baan iv c4. I want to take printout through HP printer.
but i have found that the printinf folder in the lib folder of the BSE is missing?
What should i do??

As far as I know Windows uses bwprint only. And bwprint doesn't need a printinf folder and the drivers.
But I don't have so much experience with bwprint.

Do you have a printer installed on the machine you installed Baan4? If yes, then did you install a device in Baan (that connects with this printer) and tried to print using this device?

Let us know if you faced any errors at the time of printing, if any at all...
