Dear Guru's

I want to add one more signature bottom left side of purchase order.company name and authourised signature. how and where i add this signature ?

Can anybody help me out.

You mentioned "one more" which suggests there exists a place already on the report for a signature? So i dont see whats the problem in adding another one to the left of the one that already exists?

Dear SK,

when we get printout of purchase order the signature print bottom right corner of the page , i want signature to print left bottom corner of the page.

how i shift this signature to left bottom corner.
i want to know about report customisation for purchase order.

Hi,
Now its clear what you want to do, here is how you do it....

You have to first find out whats the id of your report. Just like session id's each report has an id and for purchase order report it would be tdpur440401000 or tdpur440101000 (i guess).
Next you got to go the Maintain Reports session and copy the existing Report to your own VRC and start customizing the layouts.
Go to the particular layout (guess its either Footer or After.Field) and edit the layout. In the editor use the "Move Block" option in your Report Editor Menu and move it from right side to the left. Save & Exit and in the Maintain Report session, click on the "Dump" button and your customized report is ready to go

Thanks you very much. i have little problem. how to copy the existing Report to Own VRC? because it gives error. Package VRC of report unequel to current package version.

Shailesh,
Take the following steps..
1) Open the session Maintain Reports {ttadv3130m000} and find your report (in your case it would be tdpur440101000).
2) Click on "Special" menu and choose "Change Current Package VRC of User {ttadv0140s000}" and change the package to "td" and the VRC to your customized VRC and press Ok button.
3) In the main session, click on the copy button to copy the report from the standard VRC to your customized VRC and then tab through all fields on Page 1 and then click on Save Buttton.

Customize your report as mentioned in the earlier post and come back to the Maintain Report session and click on "Compile" not Dump. Dump is only available for menus & forms.

Sure thing.. Instead of using "Move Block" option in the Menu of Report Editor, use "Copy Block"

You cant use the paste option in report editor. Follow the steps below...
1) Once you are in the report editor go to the particular section or field that you want to copy and then click on "Edit" menu and choose "Copy Block"
2) Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to choose the section that you want to copy or duplicate.
3) Once you finished selectiing, Press on the <SpaceBar> on your keyboard.
4) Next select the position that you want to paste what you just copied and then hit on the <SpaceBar> key again and it would paste whatever you have selected.
