Hi Friends,
is it possible to create a new language without to install the language package.
Means, we have no maintenance contract, so ssa will not deliver language package.
We allready created the language, but at starting up, the menue shows only
questions marks.
Tried allready, to copy language dependent software component but no success.
Can anyone help us out.

This probably will not be simple.

Did you translate the standard commands etc. as well?

Use debug options to find out what you are missing, that's the best advice I can give you.

I still miss the labels and buttons in the desktop browser.
Where can I change them or create them.
Your help would be highly appreciated.

Now I found in Table ttadv450 the messages to display desktop manager menu and buttons.
Normal messages I can copy from one language to another, but tt messages I don't know.
But know I get the message 'ask_enum tcyesno is wrong' and at startup of a session the enum descrition of yes/no are blank.
So I inserted the description in ttadv401 and 402.
Converted to runtime, but still no description.
How can I solve that.

On menu Application Development -> Master Data -> Maintenance there are some sessions which can copy standard options between languages.
