Hi all!

Is it possible to assign a fix printer to a PC? I know how to assign a preferred printer to a user (ttaad3106m000), but not a preferred printer to a PC. For example, if you login to PC1 you have to print on printer1. If you login with the same login name to PC2 you have to print on printer2!

Hi,
If Printer 1 is not configured on PC2 then you could do with the default printer setup. That is, you have a dummy printer assigned to the user and when he/she prints on PC1 where Printer 1 is default, the print out goes to the default printer (as it fails to find the printer assigned to the user). The same happens on PC2...

This ofcourse works when printer 1 & printer 2 are not installed on PC2 and PC1 respectively..
Dont know if this is helpfull but something to start things off i guess...

thanks for you quick reply. this is what I have tried earlier, but there are allways other printers as default, so this didn't work.

What about using Logical Printers?
