Hi,

We are migrating our Baan IVc4 Environment from Windows OS to IBM AIX . We are running Oracle 9i on

Windows and we will be running Oracle 10G on IBM AIX.

We have completed all the major steps like moving application, tools, dict folders,

installing of latest Porting Set and export/import of Schema.
We are able to start/stop the application with rc.start and rc.stop.
Also we are able to run the qptool Query successfully.
But when we try to run
$BSE/ba6.1 (or) through BW login using BSP
we are getting Error msg as:

When you connect via ba6.1 you're not using blogin, so the logfiles and errors you're seeing are unrelated.

My guess is that your dd files still have CRs in them (windows is CRLF, unix is LF) which is causing baan problems. or else possibly you didn't update your FD file to move away from windows paths to unix style paths.
