We're facing a problem in maintain customer session.The session opens properly in the demo company but doesnt allow us to enter any new records in the live company.Also the display session doesnot show us anything.Thers nothin wrong with the table tccom010,i guess.can anybody help me solve the problem.

How do i do that.Like what should i check in audit.

Check your $BSE log files for any errors. Check that you have the required parameter tables in your audit database.
