I hope somebody can help me here. When I set up a NT user to access BaanIV I have to give the user Administrator rights on the NT server otherwise the user can not access Baan. I do not want to have to give all Baan users NT administrator rights. I've seen in a previous post something was mentioned about giving the user a policy to start up a process on the server. How and where do I do this on the server?

That's correct, it is not necessary to make everyone admin as long as you give them the policy to create processes on the server. You can assign that policy simply with the usermanager of NT.

Here's a screenshot of where you assign user rights. It's taken from a NT 4.0 Workstation so would not display the same options as on an NT 4.0 Server.
