Hi,

I have a query regarding Error 606- Reference does not exist. When I ran check tables I have got this error for some tables, possibly due to some corrupted data as this company has data dumped from another company. My query is, this shouldn’t affect me setting up new data in that company, right ?

Or is there a possibility I might face errors while setting up new data, could anyone please confirm me on this ?

Thanks for your help in Adance !!

After dumping the data from the Other company, did you run re-organize of tables? This could fix your reference issues...

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. We normally do that as we create the tables/data from sequential dumps.
Setting up new data in that company shouldnt have any problems right ?

You might want to get rid of the existing reference problem as regardless of whether your new data has anything to do with it or not, this error might pop up everytime the table is accessed. I am not really sure on this and so a second opinion on this could settle this issue...

B.t.w what options did you select while running the re-organizing of the tables you created from sequential dump?
