Dear frnds,
i am facing a serious problem.we are working on saloaris 8 and oracle 10g.
t
Live server hard disk is crashed.we repleced the hard disk and restored the baan backup on the live server
but while running we are getting error "Brand your Software".seem like baan license problem....
how to resolve?
Please reply ASAP as our business is stopped

Try session "Patch objects after System Crash"...code is ttiex3228m000.

Arent you able to take login into Baan? Check $BSE/log for error messages..
Anyways, to use brand6.1, you need to have license validation key and all...best option for you, right now, is to contact Infor support!
Also, what is your OS? Your profile says windows, but you are asking for unix command :confused:

Hello,
One of client is facing this problem.they are woking on Sun solaris and oracle 8.now we are able to access menu.but except tools everything is working.Accessing tools i am getting attached error message.we validated tools key using brand6.1 command.but all modules started working excpet tools:confused:
Please Advise

Dear hardei,
this indicates that the tool objects are not "marked" with the new license.
You should run the "Patch object after error solving" ttiex3226m000 Session.
Afterwards the error should not occur.
Try "Maintain Sessions" as a test afterwards.

We also encountered the same issue, solved it using baan support.
