I have already done all these checkes but i don't found solution. Please anyone know more regarding this.

Use the option -- -set DBSLOG=077777 and try again. Afterwards check dbs.log in your home directory or in ${BSE}/tmp. It should give you a hint.

Is the user created in ttdba015? And in ${BSE}/lib/ora/ora_users? And in the database itself?

Is it just one user having this problem?

I have checked all these options but still have a problem. this is problem is only for one user created just two days back.
