Can some one tell me how I can recover all permissions of a baan super user.
When I try GTM, I get this error message :

Cannot open e:/baan/log/log.aad4100; error -13

ERROR 13 is system error.

EACCES "permission denied"

please check if the os user is member of group baan or bsp on windows level.

Thanks for your quick answers. The problem is solved. The os user was not member of administrators. But I don't understand how the os user lost this information.
