Is there any way to uninstall one solution from pmc without removing dependent PMC

Can you describe the situation in more detail? Is the dependency a pre/co/post-requisite solution? If solution 200 is dependent on pre-req solution 100 then you can uninstall 200 and leave 100 in place. If sol 200 has a co-req of sol 100 then they would both install together and uninstall together (unless you hack something).
