Hi guys

I have a user in germany, who is trying to use bwprint and receiving the error "there is no valid printer in your setup".

Bwprint is working fine for myself in the uk and all other users.

The users default windows printer is working fine if used in a test or in any windows situation.

The user can also print to BaaN printers, it is just the bwprint.

Any ideas anyone?

By printing directly out of Baan the user can
choose every printer installed in his Baan
environment.

Printing out of bwprint is a little bit different.
With bwprint the user has to choose a printer
out of the list of printer installed on his
local pc. If there is no printer installed
(or no rights on the network) the user might
get this message.

The message appears when the user executes some session with report. When the report is going to be showed the message appears.

Have you tried to print from other application (Word, Notepad...)? I think you don't have a default printer installed on the machine.

--------------------------------------------

¿Has intentado imprimir desde otro programa (Word, Blocn de notas)? Creo que no tienes instalada una impresora por defecto en el equipo.
