We are having a issue in Installing worktop on Windows 2000 PCs. When we execute the BW client (SSA BW 8.3a) it gives the attached error. Please let me know how did you resolved this issue.

What SP is your Windows 2000?

I have found this in the web:Windows Installer Version 3.0 itself requires Windows 2000 SP3 or later in order to operate correctly. Windows Installer Version 3.0 system requirements and a downloadable installer for Version 3.0 can be found on the Windows Installer 3.0 Redistributable page (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5fbc5470-b259-4733-a914-a956122e08e8&DisplayLang=en).
