Jay,
Could you outline the steps you took in creating this export scheme? It seems you didnt create any batch for the table(tirou001) you were exporting...

Hi SK,
Sorry for late reply, I have used following steps,
1) I have created exchange scheme
2) I have created 4 directories
3) Maintain ASCII Files
4) Maintain Batches
5) Maintain Table Relations
Then
Create Export script
here message appears as "No batch line in batch tirou001of exchange scheme rou001"

Hi,
After the step Maintain Table Relations (Export), did you do the Maintain Field Relations (Export) ? Apart from that can you post a screenshot of Maintain Table Relations (Export)?

Hi SK,
Yes i tried to maintain filed relation from special option but it is not coming automatically. (Actully field relation should come automatically(by using special); What may be the reason for so?

Have you defined the "ASCII file format" in Session "Maintain ASCII File Formats" before you use Session "Maintain Field Relations (Export)"?
From the Baan help:
<If you use the option <Ctrl>[G] to automatically create the field relations, the fields specified for the ASCII file in the session "Maintain ASCII File Formats (tuxch0103m000)" are filled in the field "Field Name".>

Quite True!! I dont see the ASCII File formats(in your attachment) which should be created after maintaining the ASCI FIles. This is where you define what all fields you would be exporting and what their datatypes are..

Hi
Thank SK & Juergen, After maintaining ASCII file formats , when i used session Maintain field relation (Export) by using special (create default field relation) all field are appeared automatically.
And after running session Create Export script, one file is generated but extension of this file is ".p". I m not able to convert this file into text.

Jay,
In the step Maintain Table Relations(Export), when you give a name in the field "ASCII File Name", give it in <tablename>.txt format. So in your example, it would be tirou001.txt

Thank You Jay,
After giving extension to ASCII file , Test file is created.
Once again Thank you
