We are running on BaaN4C4. We have two servers i.e. Development and Live. I have on doubt my mind about to keep session with source on live or not? Can any one give me some suggession in this matter?

We dont...we keep sources only on Dev server and make sure that "Restorable backups" are taken in case of problems....

We dont allow development on Live server...while transferring patches, we transfer only objects to the live server.

For debugging purpose we need source also that time what to do. We running baan on solaris server. We need 1-2 hours to import any session. If we make debugger object on development server and tried to export on live then it will be difficult task. Is there any solution on that?

When required for debugging, you can transfer patch to Live server.

This is a Problem...you need to check your system resources/parameters...
