Not sure, but try first on your test server (I'll also try :) )

Replace file "$BSE/gif/bwlogo.gif" with your logo (The name should be same i.e. bwlogo)

Do keep backup of original....:D

ya, even i failed.

it could be getting picked up from client side. So, we may have to change file on our PC on which we are changing it.

Try this:
changing file in your Program files\baan\lib\bwlogo.bmp

I have successfully changed that icon by using one of these two programs:
* XN Resource editor
* resedit
Probably there are other programs that can be used to change the resources that are part of the bw.exe program.

I'm using three different coloured bw.exe programs on my development pc and all works fine.

But one of the above programs made some trouble with mouse cursor positioniong after that. So be sure to have a backup copy of your bw.exe before experimenting...

As it is mentioned in the this (http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/showthread.php?t=32619) link, the top left corner logo is hard-coded in the exe itself.
