From the little i can understand from your post, you are having problems previewing a report that you are able to print, is that right?

To reprint the journal reports, all you need is access to a particular device in Baan that points to the printer thats installed on your computer...

Please try this but i don't know if this will work with you, maintain a device name for example Preview in ttaad3100m000, device type is windows printer, paper type is A4 (portrait) and page length is 66, then during the printing of reports select this device name Preview and check the checkbox Preview next to Device then Continue. Hope this will work, may be you just forgot to check the checkbox for Preview thats why the report goes to printer directly.
